4WARDMVMT Workshops
Intentional off court group programs for girls age 6-18.
Service Description
Whether we are engaged in a branding session, working with our sports psychologist or bring our athletes to the yoga map; our workshops serve to expose our athletes and families to the benefits of holistic learning. Each workshop is geared toward giving our athletes the tools to understand themselves first, advocate for their needs and access to the tools that will help them create healthy habits throughout the sport careers and beyond. Please note that while we have a location to provide service, we are also willing to provide service at a facility of your choice.
