Athletes to the Mat

Welcome to Athletes to the Mat (ATTM) — where we believe that if you have a body, you’re an athlete. This is a safe and inclusive space for participants explore the benefits of yoga through breath work, playful body movement, and emotional regulation.

What began as a single activation in May 2025, in honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, has now grown into a thriving weekly service that has reached over 55 participants, hosted 12 classes, and featured 7 incredible instructors — each bringing their unique expertise and energy to every session.
