The heart-centered impact arm of 4WARDMVMT

Pass It 4WARD is the non-profit extension of 4WARDMVMT, expanding the scope of how we move with meaning.
Through this initiative, we assemble essential item kits filled with 25+ thoughtfully curated items — everything a young woman needs in her gym bag, backpack, or on the go to feel confident, supported, and prepared.

To date, we have donated over 150 bags at our own events and in partnership with community organizations. Earlier this year, we were honored to make a meaningful impact during the LA Fires, distributing athletic bags, clothing, shoes, and care items to families and individuals who were deeply affected.

Our commitment is simple:

Donate 40 bags every month

to organizations, schools, and communities who need them most.

Partner with aligned organizations

to amplify impact and add value through shared resources and service.

Invite youth into service

We offer community service hours to students who help us fill, organize, and distribute our essential kits — giving young people a chance to give back and witness the power of community.
