In Honor of Mental Health Awareness Month
We’re excited to partner with OYA, a female athletic apparel line, to host our first ever "Athletes to the Mat" event.

📅  Join us Saturday, May 10th from 11am-1pm for a restorative yoga practice led by Teeana Cotangco — former collegiate athlete, certified yoga instructor, and author of Mind Body Playbook. This experience is designed to help athletes reconnect with their bodies, regulate stress, and strengthen their mental well-being both on and off the court.
